Returns

At Community Farmacy, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we ask that you contact our store directly at (410) 749-1899 or toll-free at (855) LYME-RXS to arrange for returns. All returns will be at the discretion of the management, but will generally follow these guidelines:

Nutritional supplements:

• Unopened supplements may be returned for a full refund within 30 days.
• Opened supplements may be returned for store credit within 90 days.

The following items are not returnable or refundable:

• Refrigerated items
• Over-the-counter (OTC) items
• Prescriptions and compounds
• Special order products
• Shipping charges
